Multidisciplinary Movement is key in 2020

Training in 2020 is more needed than ever, with fitness gyms and martial art places suffering loss of business and closures. Movement helps me reduce my stress levels and get that dopamine fix we all need to feel less stressed in the modern fast pace world. Our mental health is better with training and plus we get to eat more good food and better sleep.

I have always made it apart of my life to train different movements, from the pull up bars to the basketball courts, parkour parks and the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mats. Training a mixture of disciplines I feel is better for the body and it prevents over use and injury.

I hope to inspire anyone else to try different sports or practices of movement, by learning new movement patterns we make the process fresh, fun and challenging. Our bodies have to adapt and get out of our comfort zone and push forward to be more agile and stronger for a casual basketball pick up game with the boys or have the energy to play with the younger athlete in his prime.
